Nottingham Forest v Queens Park Rangers
Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies could be without captain James Perch for the visit of QPR.
The midfielder was sent to hospital after an accidental clash of heads with Rob Hulse during Forest's FA Cup fourth-round replay defeat against Derby.
Perch has been released from hospital following tests for concussion, which if confirmed, will rule him out of the match .
Striker Robbie Earnshaw (hamstring) could again miss out, but Nathan Tyson (calf) and Ian Breckin (groin) may continue to play through the pain barrier.
Joe Garner is set to return from suspension, while Brendan Moloney and Paddy Gamble are both available for selection after being cup-tied for the Derby game.
Arron Davies (calf) may face a late fitness test after being left out against the Rams, while Julian Bennett (knee), Paul Anderson (fractured forearm and dislocated wrist) and Guy Moussi (ankle) remain on the sidelines.
Lee Cook is ruled out for QPR.
The winger sits out with a one-match ban after collecting five yellow cards this season, so Hogan Ephraim could be in line for a start.
Goalkeeper Radek Cerny is close to fitness following a hamstring injury, but with Lee Camp having kept consecutive clean sheets boss Paulo Sousa will have a selection dilemma.
Young striker Angelo Balanta could figure after he was recalled from his loan at Wycombe, while Argentine midfielder Emmanuel Ledesma has gone back to Genoa after his loan spell was brought to a premature end.
Rowan Vine is stepping up his return from a broken leg but Patrick Agyemang (thigh), Martin Rowlands and Akos Buzsaky (both knee) are long-term absentees.
