New striker link for R's
QPR are believed to have joined the growing list of clubs showing an interest in Wealdstone striker Jermaine Beckford.
The 22-year-old is attracting plenty of interest after firing home 30 goals in the Ryman League so far this season but Yeovil are thought to be the only club to have made a £50,000 bid.
Rangers along with Watford, Crystal Palace and Chelsea are also said to be keen and Glovers boss Steve Thompson is not confident and believes the player will end up in London.
"Jermaine has interested us, but I think he has been going to a lot of the London clubs and trying out," Thompson revealed. "It looks like he's set his sights on a club closer to his home at Harrow."
