Marshall is reportedly wanted by Hoops
Veteran Andy Marshall is reportedly wanted by QPR boss Jim Magilton to strengthen his goalkeeping options at Loftus Road.
Marshall was offered a one-year contract by Magilton at the start of the season after impressing on trial but opted instead to join Premier League side Aston Villa.
But the 34-year-old is yet to make an appearance for Villa and Magilton is said to be lining up a new bid to sign him as he looks for cover for Radek Cerny after Tom Heaton returned to Manchester United following his loan spell last week.
Marshall is well known to the Rangers manager having played alongside him at Ipswich for three seasons before moving on to Millwall and Coventry.
The Rs are also interested in bringing Heaton back to west London when the transfer window opens in January, either as a permanent signing or on loan for the remainder of the season.
