The duo have recovered from the knocks that kept them out of the weekend win at Wigan, with Wes Brown and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer likely to make way.
If Ronaldo does not shake off his ankle injury, Ryan Giggs could come into the reckoning, having played 45 minutes on Saturday after a hamstring problem.
The only major doubt is Argentine defender Gabriel Heinze, who is still struggling with a hamstring strain.
