Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant will miss the game against his old side Arsenal after suffering a hamstring injury against them on Saturday.
Daniel Agger and Harry Kewell remain long-term absentees but otherwise boss Rafa Benitez has a full squad and Javier Mascherano is certain to play.
Robin van Persie is in Arsenal's squad despite injuring a thigh in the first leg and Abou Diaby is available too.
But Czech midfielder Tomas Rosicky may not play again this season.
Manager Arsene Wenger said: "We have to consider that, unfortunately, it is a possibility at the moment, but it's not a certainty.
"We will have to see his evolution. It has been nine weeks now with no significant evolution in his injury."
