Jones impressed by Waddock
Veteran goalkeeper Paul Jones is impressed by the management style of QPR caretaker boss Gary Waddock.
Waddock has presided over a win and a defeat in the Championship since taking over from former manager Ian Holloway, who was placed on 'gardening leave' a fortnight ago.
Jones, 38, is with Rangers until the end of the season - and is encouraged by what he has seen of Waddock.
"Gary has been superb, and training has been excellent," said the Wales international. "He wants us to play football, and he is very good at getting his message across."
Jones wants more of same
Goalkeeper Paul Jones is hoping for more of the same when QPR make the trip to Sheffield United on Saturday.
The Wales international was part of the struggling Millwall side that earned a surprise 2-2 draw at Bramall Lane last November.
And the 38-year-old is confident that QPR - with whom Jones will spend the rest of the season - can achieve a similar result against Neil Warnock's promotion-chasers.
"I played with Millwall at Sheffield United a few months ago, and we played well and managed a decent result," Jones said.
"We have to believe we can do something similar or better."
