Impossible for play offs - De Canio
QPR coach Luigi De Canio has played down talk of a late charge for the play-offs despite Saturday's 3-1 victory over Scunthorpe United.
The resurgent R's moved up to 12th place in the Championship table after their third victory in the last five matches, but with seven points still separating them from the play-off zone, the Italian coach is remaining realistic.
"We're reaching new heights all the time, but it seems impossible to me," he told the club's official website.
"I'm happy with the direction we're heading in, but it's important not to get too carried away. On several occasions this season we've been very complacent, but today the attitude was fantastic.
"The players really wanted to win the game and we were resilient in our approach right up until the final whistle."
