Iain Dowie seals Kaspars Gorkss deal
QPR boss Iain Dowie is signing Blackpool's Latvian centre-half Kaspars Gorkss by exploiting a £250,000 escape clause in his contract.
Gorkss has agreed terms and will sign after the Seasiders reluctantly accept the fee. Dowie stepped in ahead of Burnley, Preston, Norwich and Watford.
