Hoops in fresh Pilgrims raid link
QPR have once again been linked with a summer swoop for Plymouth's highly-rated Hungarian duo Peter Halmosi and Krisztian Timar.
Recent media reports suggested R's boss Luigi De Canio was set to launch a £2.5million raid on Home Park for the two players in the summer. And that has been reiterated in the London press on Thursday as the Loftus Road outfit plot a sustained promotion push next term.
The Hoops have already snapped up Hungarian ace Akos Buzsaky from Argyle last November in a loan switch which was made permanent in a £500,000 January transfer. And it seems they are now looking to go for the full set in the close-season.
However it is highly unlikely that Pilgrims boss Paul Sturrock will let the pair go without putting up a fight. The 28-year-old duo have been the best players for the club this season with defender Timar, who is contracted to Argyle until next summer, winning the official Player of the Year award.
Left-winger Halmosi, who signed a new three-year contract at Home Park last May, is Argyle's top-scorer this season with nine goals after the departure of striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake to Wolves and is set to become the new captain when Paul Wotton departs.

we have a mid table or top eight squad at the moment and with 7m or 8 additions we can bust this league apart next season.
