Hoops boss wants strong finish
The Hoops have not won in their last nine Championship games - a run stretching back to February - and let slip a two-goal lead to lose at Norwich on Easter Monday. Their last two fixtures could barely be tougher, with play-off certainties Watford visiting Loftus Road on Saturday, ahead of a trip to champions Reading on the final day of the season.
Despite that, Waddock believes he will have an easy job when it comes to motivating his players for those games.
"It won't be difficult at all. It's our final home game, against a good side, and then we go away to Reading, who have been promoted - two really good sides to finish the season off," he told the club's official website.
"We are at home against Watford and they need to get it right at home to send everybody off in a good mood, because I don't want to feel like I did after the Norwich game.
"We should have got something from that game and it won't be difficult to pick the players up. They are a great group of players, there are some strong characters in there, all of them want to do well, and we will be ready and waiting for Watford to put a performance on and get a result."
