Conference increases loan quotas The Conference has increased the number of loan players clubs can use next season after the enforced introduction of the transfer window system.
Clubs can register four short-term and four long-term loan players and can play five loan players in a game.
Clubs can also sign a keeper for a minimum period of seven days outside the transfer window if they do not have a registered keeper available.
The changes are being brought in to soften the blow of the transfer window.

Jeannin completes move to Bulls Ex-Exeter City defender Alex Jeannin has joined Conference side Hereford.
The Frenchman was released by the Grecians at the end of last season after manager Alex Inglethorpe had his playing budget slashed.
The 27-year-old was hoping to return to the Football League by moving to Shrewsbury, but that move fell through.
"Maybe I can return to the league with Hereford, I'd be happy to do that. They have kept their good players," Jeannin told the Express and Echo newspaper.

Bulls boss blasts football agents Football agents are making life a misery for managers, according to Hereford United boss Graham Turner.
"They think their players will sign for Man Utd or Real Madrid," Turner told the Hereford Times.
"They're left searching for a club when the season's about to start. Agents are more prevalent than a few years ago - I'd say about 75% of players have them.
"It is really frustrating because the agents also need to see the contracts and sign them. It all takes time."

Hereford manager rues double save Hereford manager Graham Turner felt his side were unfortunate to lose 2-1 away at Cambridge.
Turner said: "I thought we got into some decent positions and some decent chances and we should not have gone in at half-time a goal down.
"I felt that when we equalised that we would go on and win the game.
"There was one tremendous double save from their keeper and that was the turning point and they went on to grab one at the other end."

They dominated the second half but Tamworth's Hugh McAuley went closest to scoring with a shot just over the bar.
With five minutes left, Graham Ward of Tamworth and Hereford's Ryan Green saw red for violent conduct.

Bulls not giving up title chase Hereford boss Graham Turner has not given up hope of catching runaway Conference leaders Accrington Stanley.
The Bulls have climbed up to second place in the table, 11 points behind Accrington, thanks to a nine-match unbeaten run.
"We've got to win our games, and hope that Accrington slip up at some time," Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We've got them to come here, and we've got to win that game if we're going to have any chance of catching them."
He added: "They've done remarkably well this season. I think they've taken quite a few people by surprise, the way they've gone about things.
"But they're quite capable of slipping up, so we've got to be there to take advantage if they do."
And Turner hopes the experience of going through the play-offs in the past couple of seasons will stand his players in good stead.
He explained: "I think we've got the players who have learnt over the last two seasons that we can deal with it.
"If we go on like we have done over the last two seasons, there's no reason why we can't catch Accrington."
