Gregory tips Waddock for success
QPR boss John Gregory backed his predecessor and now assistant Gary Waddock to be a successful manager in the future.
Gregory replaced Waddock after the 44-year-old recorded only three wins in his eight months in charge.
But Gregory is convinced that Waddock possesses the credentials needed to do well in management.
\"Gary has a second chance,\" Gregory said. \"What he went through will have been a painful experience, and will have hurt him.
\"Things didn't work out for him, but when he goes back out again, he will be a big success as a manager.\"
