Gregory backing for duo
John Gregory has reassured Kevin Gallen and Steve Lomas they are still in his plans despite their outing for the Queens Park Rangers reserves this week.
The duo have not started either of Gregory's two games in charge but Gallen has only recently returned to training after an injury while Lomas has come on as a substitute in both games.
Gregory has already insisted he does not want to sell the previously transfer-listed Lomas, while Gallen will also have a role to play as the R's boss doesn't want to overburden youngster Dexter Blackstock and Ray Jones.
Gregory watched Gallen and Lomas on duty for the reserves in midweek and insists they still have a big part to play: \"Their attitude was first-class. In the changing room before the game, during the match and afterwards, they will be in contention on Saturday,\" Gregory told clubcall.
\"I will need players like that around and even though we have got a big squad they are players we will be looking to.
\"However the players in the team are making me pick them at the moment but they have set a standard now that they will have to try and live up to.\"
