Grant impressed by Hoops
Chelsea boss Avram Grant was full of praise for Queens Park Rangers following his side's 1-0 win in the third round of the FA Cup.
The Blues struggled to create against a disciplined and organised Hoops outfit, and were fortunate to score when Claudio Pizarro's effort rebounded off goalkeeper Lee Camp.
Grant admits that Luigi De Canio's side were a tough opposition, pinpointing their tactical awareness.
"What is important is that we are in the next round. It is good for us ," he told SSB.
"They defended very well, with good tactics. They closed the space and it was not easy to play against them."
Transfers
Grant also remained coy about the possibility of bringing in fresh faces during the January transfer window.
"Sometimes speculation is right, sometimes it is not right. The transfer market has just begun so we will wait and see," he concluded.
