Gold joins Euro league top table
Scottish Premier League executive chairman Lex Gold has joined the board of the body representing Europe's top 25 professional football leagues.
Gold was appointed at the European Professional Football League's general assembly meeting in Madrid.
And SPL secretary Iain Blair said: "This is great news.
"Having a voice at top tables is vital to develop the standing of Scottish football and ensure our views continue to shape the game going forward."
It follows Gold's appointment to Uefa's powerful strategy council in August.
