GNOHERE GIVEN TYKES CHANCE
Barnsley have handed a trial to former Burnley and Queens Park Rangers defender Arthur Gnohere.
The 26-year-old is a free agent after being released by QPR in the summer, following a knee injury.
Born in the Ivory Coast capital of Yamoussoukro, Gnohere has French citizenship, allowing him to compete in English football since 2001, when he signed for Burnley and went on to make 92 first team appearances.
He joined QPR on loan in September 2003 before making the move permanent in February 2004 and making 23 first team appearances for the Hoops.
