Gallen disappointed after draw..your not the only one Steve!
QPR caretaker boss Steve Gallen was disappointed after West Brom scored a last-gasp equaliser against the Hoops.
The R's took the lead when Jonas Olsson headed into his own net and Kaspars Gorkss then doubled the advantage four minutes later.
But Jerome Thomas reduced the deficit on 67 minutes and Roberto Di Matteo's side then earned a share of the points when Simon Cox scored deep into injury time.
Disappointed
Gallen told Sky Sports: "(It was) cruel definitely, we're disappointed - I'm disappointed, the lads are bitterly disappointed - it feels like a loss right now.
"But when we have a good think about it later, maybe when we wake up tomorrow we'll realise its maybe not a bad point in the end."
Gallen had wanted a tighter, more disciplined approach in the game and he believed his players had delivered.
"Outstanding, I thought some of the players in particular were absolutely outstanding, took on board what we worked on this week, did it," he said.
"We just didn't finish it off, a little bit more discipline just in the last few seconds of the game when we could have kept the ball in the far corner.
Lost possession
"We lost possession trying to score a goal really and they hit us and its painful right now, I've got to say."
He added: "Like I said, there's disappointment in there but when they wake up tomorrow they'll be sore because some of them boys have worked very, very hard there.
"But they'll realise, what we've had two defeats on the bounce and let in eight goals unfortunately in them two games, so to come up here and get a point, you know I probably would have taken that coming up before today."
Gallen, along fellow youth team manager Mark Bircham, said they had been working on the basis that it would be their one match in charge but he had enjoyed the experience.
He added: "I was calmer on the sideline than I thought I would be, but I enjoyed it, I just wish I was coming in here to talk about three points not one."
