Furlong on the move
Former QPR striker Paul Furlong has completed a move to Southend United on a free transfer.
The veteran 39-year-old forward spent last season with Luton Town but has signed a one-year deal with the League One club.
Furlong, who left the R's last year, said: "At my age chances are few and far between so I'm delighted Southend showed an interest in me."
