Forest set to sign QPR defender Hill
Nottingham Forest are set to sign Queens Park Rangers defender Clint Hill. Forest fear they need cover following a knee injury to current left-back Chris Cohen, who was hurt in Saturday's 2-1 home defeat against Derby County. Hill, who can play at full-back or centre-half, played 45 games as QPR won promotion to the top flight last term. But the 32-year-old was sent off in the 4-0 defeat by Bolton on the opening day of the season and has not played since. Cohen, who has played most of his career in midfield but has started the season at full-back, limped off during the loss against Forest's fierce rivals and it is feared he could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines. Hill started his career at Tranmere Rovers and represented Oldham Athletic and Stoke City before moving to London with Crystal Palace and then QPR in June 2010.
