Ferdinand close to QPR return
Anton Ferdinand could return for QPR’s FA Cup third round meeting with MK Dons on January 7.
The central defender has missed the past three R’s league matches with a hamstring injury but is expected to be back when the team travels to Milton Keynes on the first Saturday of the New Year.
