Bramall Lane plays host to an all Championship FA Cup tie when Sheffield United and Queens Park Rangers meet in the third round of the competition. United are seventh in the table and they are just two points behind the top six places. The Blades have lost just one of their last nine league matches which has seen them climb from 14th place to the edge of the play-offs. QPR are three places behind Sheffield United in 10th place and are just four points behind the sides currently occupying the top six. The London club are going through a tough spell on the pitch and have won just one of their last eight Championship matches. MATCH FACTS Head To Head There have been 45 previous encounters between these two sides with Sheffield United winning 13 while Queens Park Rangers have won 15. There have been 17 draws. The only ever FA Cup meeting between the clubs was on 10 March 1923 when United ran out 1-0 winners at Loftus Road in the fourth round.
