England U-21 call-up for Hoops trio
QPR's Dexter Blackstock, Matthew Connolly and Michael Mancienne have been called up to the England Under-21 squad to face Wales.
The trio have been named in Stuart Pearce's squad for the game against the Welsh which takes place at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground on May 15.
The friendly encounter will help the Young Lions prepare for their final European Championship qualifier against Portugal in September.
Portsmouth defender Martin Carnie, whose season has been wrecked by a broken leg he picked up while on loan at QPR last November, has also been called up to the squad.
