Keith Gilroy may start again on the bench, while defender Gary Rowett is tipped for a recall. Gravesend trio Ross Smith (knee), Mark DeBolla (ankle) and Jon Keeling (hamstring) will all be given late chances to prove their fitness. Burton 0-1 Gravesend
Danny Slatter's strike proved enough for Gravesend as the visitors ground out a hard-fought victory at Burton. The hosts dominated the early exchanges, but failed to make the most of a couple of good opportunities. Gravesend slowly worked their way into the game, though, and almost took the lead when Charlie MacDonald hit a post. And just three minutes later it was 1-0 as Liam Coleman's perfect pass found Slatter free outside the box, and he fired home the winner from 18 yards. Scoring record impresses Ricketts
Gravesend and Northfleet defender Mark Ricketts feels confidence is rising in the camp because goals are now coming from players in different positions. Fleet could move into the Conference play-off places if they win against Woking on Saturday. Ricketts told SSB: \"A few of the boys are starting to pitch in with a few goals. \"It takes a bit of responsibility off the front two who were always scoring and confidence is growing.\"

Gravesend v Woking
Ross Smith (knee), Mark DeBolla (ankle) and Jon Keeling are back in contention to give Gravesend boss Liam Daish welcome selection problems. Stacy Long also returns from a metatarsal injury for the first time since the start of the season. Woking midfielder Karl Murray returns after a one-match suspension to provide a boost for boss Glenn Cockerill. But the Cards will again be without former Arsenal midfielder Ian Selley with an Achilles injury.

Gravesend 1-0 Woking
Charlie MacDonald's header ensured Gravesend beat a poor Woking side and kept pace with the Conference leaders. MacDonald's powerful close-range effort from Luke Moore's second-half cross was the best moment in a dull match. Woking's Saheed Sankoh had the best first-half chance, turning and shooting from the edge of the box and forcing Lance Cronin to save at full stretch. But other than that, Woking's attack looked toothless, all too often falling victim to the offside trap. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gravesend: Cronin, James Smith, McCarthy, Ross Smith, Ricketts, Coleman (Long 61), Quinn, Slatter, Opinel (Keeling 60), Moore (Sodje 87), MacDonald. Subs Not Used: Mott, Hawkins. Booked: Moore, McCarthy. Goals: MacDonald 75. Woking: Jalal, Murray, Hutchinson, El-Salahi, Bunce, Sole, Smith, Evans (Oyedele 83), Berquez, McAllister , Sankoh (Lambu 46), Lambu (Ferguson 62). Subs Not Used: Jackson, Howe. Att: 1,208. Daish cautious despite home win
Gravesend & Northfleet manager Liam Daish is refusing to get carried away despite seeing his side climb to fourth in the Conference table. \"I'm chuffed to bits but this is where the hard work begins,\" Daish said after the 1-0 win over Woking. \"It was a hard-fought game where we had to keep our concentration defensively we had some awesome performances. \"They gave us respect by putting bodies behind the ball and they made it diffcult forn us.\"

Daish puts FA Cup loss behind him
Gravesend and Northfleet boss Liam Daish says his side must put their surprise 1-0 defeat against Chelmsford on Saturday in the FA Cup behind them. Fleet have now not won in the competition for three seasons. Daish told SSB: \"We were not right and we were nowhere near our best form and we were punished for that. \"We have to look at what went wrong at and regroup and get ourselves back to the way we should be. We have to forget the defeat and move on.\"

Daish praises Fleet despite loss
Gravesend & Northfleet boss Liam Daish was pleased with his team as they lost 1-0 at Morecambe, despite Ross Smith's own goal separating the sides. It saw them drop out of the Conference play-off places on goal difference. \"I can't criticise any of my lads for the effort they put in - they can feel aggrieved that we haven't got anything from the game,\" Daish said. \"Morecambe are a good side, but the only real difference was the quality of their dead ball delivery.\"

Fleet seek new developer for move
Gravesened & Northfleet say they are determined to move to a new ground despite ditching their developers. The Conference outfit have begun the search for a new partner after severing links with Bannerman. The director in charge of the move away from Stonebridge Road, Brian Kilcullen, said: \"It's just a temporary setback. \"With a complex project like this we have to get it right and I would rather walk away from talks now rather then be in this situation in two years' time.\"

Daish fumes at Cronin exclusion
Gravesend manager Liam Daish has vented his anger at the decision to drop Lance Cronin from an international squad, just days after he was called up. The goalkeeper was selected in the squad of 23 for England's non-league match with Holland later this month. But the Football Association then dropped Cronin before the players were due to meet for a training session. Daish said: \"It's patronising. What is the difference between Lance and the keepers who have been selected?\"

This is the end of the matter.\"
