Duo complete move to Loftus Road
QPR have agreed the signing of Jamaica defender Damion Stewart from Harbour View and have captured Cameroonian midfielder Armel Tchakounte.
The club are also hoping to sign highly-rated Australian Nick Ward.
Stewart, 25, has joined on a three-year deal after a season on loan at Bradford and unattached midfielder Tchakounte, 27, has agreed a one-year contract.
Midfielder Ward, 20, is expected to sign from Perth Glory after playing for Australia's Under-23 side in Vietnam.
Stewart and Tchakounte are QPR boss Gary Waddock's first signings of the summer.
Stewart's move, which is for an undisclosed fee and is subject to a work permit, is a blow for Bradford.
Bantams manager Colin Todd hoped to keep the centre-back.
Todd told his club's website: "We were powerless, as Damion is not our player, and I understand there is a six-figure fee involved.
"We tried to get him back on another year's loan, but he obviously wanted the security elsewhere."
Stewart added: "I enjoyed my time at Bradford, but when the chance came to play in the Championship for a big club like QPR, it was an easy decision."
He has made 25 league and cup appearances for Bradford, scoring once.
Tchakounte impressed during a trial, while Ward was recently included in the senior Australia squad for the first time.
Ward is regarded as one of his country's best prospects and won this year's A-League 'Rising Star' award.
