DOHERTY BOOST FOR RANGERS
QPR midfielder Tommy Doherty could be back in action before the end of the year.
The 26-year-old was due to see a surgeon on Friday regarding the fibula injury he sustained in the match at Plymouth last month.
Doherty is still in plaster but - if the diagnosis is favourable - the former Bristol City man will play a part in Rangers' Christmas fixtures.
