Derby 1-2 QPR
Ten-man Queens Park Rangers fought a superb second-half rearguard action to earn victory at Pride Park.
Rangers took the lead through a Gareth Ainsworth strike but lost Paul Furlong to a red card for violent conduct.
But the visitors doubled their lead against the run of play as Kevin Gallen converted Georges Santos' pass.
Rangers keeper Simon Royce then kept out Inigo Idiakez's penalty before Rams loan signing Dexter Blackstock scored a late goal to set up a frantic finish.

Derby manager Phil Brown:
"We are in relegation form.
"We are not ruthless enough in front of goal. We should have scored two or three today.
"We have to get the horrible side of the game right. By that I mean winning tackles, winning headers and making the second balls."
QPR boss ian Holloway:
"I do not condone what Paul did, but there should've been two red cards.
"I thought there was an elbow, just slightly. But Furlong should have been better than that.
"I know what I saw. But two wrongs don't make a right."
