Crvena Zvezda 3-0 Cork (Crvena Zvezda win 4-0 on aggregate)
Cork City's dream of meeting AC Milan in the Champions League third qualifying round ended when they were beaten 3-0 by Crvena Zvezda.
The second-leg success meant a 4-0 aggregate win for the Belgrade club.
They went ahead in the third minute with a volley from Dejan Milovanovic and made it 2-0 on 34 as frontman Nikola Zigic headed in.
Zigic headed in another on 59 minutes while Cork wasted a couple of good chances to get on the scoresheet.
Milovanovic's quick opener was a stunning start by Crvena Zvezda, who were backed by a passionate 30,000 crowd.
It gave the home team a two-goal cushion on the night, effectively ended Cork's lingering Champions League dream and booked Crvena Zvezda a trip to the San Siro.
The Belgrade club made it 2-0 on the night and 3-0 on aggregate when 6ft 8in striker Zigic stooped to head home Marko Perovic's cross after the ball ran between keeper Michael Devine and Dusan Djokic inside the box.
Zigic made it 3-0 with a bullet far post header following a cross from Dusan Basta.
Cork came close to a consolation goal with six minutes to go when Bosnian midfielder Admir Softic had a header from Neale Fenn's corner come back off the bar.
