Cook sets Rangers safety target
QPR winger Lee Cook has set personal and team targets as the club look to pull themselves away from the foot of the table.
Cook scored his first league goal of the season in the 2-1 defeat to Birmingham after almost a month out with a rib injury but believes the previous week's win at Barnsley was what they needed after a run of five defeats prior to that.
He told the club's official website: \"I'm aiming for five goals and hopefully I'll get them.
\"I felt a few twinges in the Barnsley game but it felt good against Birmingham and it's just trying to get fit again.
\"We went on that terrible run of losing games and hopefully we can keep going and pick up some wins.
\"If we beat Colchester (on New Year's Day) then it's been a good Christmas period.\"
