Cook destined for Charlton
Lee Cook is set for a deadline day loan move to the Valley
The 25-year-old former QPR star has struggled with injuries since his summer move to Craven Cottage.
His signing would provide Charlton with an immediate replacement for Sunderland-bound Andy Reid.
