Cook at the double
Rangers winger Lee Cook has scooped the club's players' player of the year award as well as the fans' player of the year.
The 24-year-old was QPR's star performer during a difficult yet ultimately successful Championship season and his displays have been rewarded by his awards double.
However, Cook's Loftus Road future could well be in the balance this summer following a season of interest in him from clubs including Manchester City and Aston Villa.
Elsewhere, Dexter Blackstock, was voted young player of the year award and also scooped the Kiyan Prince goal of the season honour for his winner against Preston North End on April 3.
