Coach supports youth focus
QPR coach Joe Gallon has praised the club's commitment to the youth set-up which has aided his reserve team.
The Loftus Road club held a kit sponsors' evening earlier this week to raise the youth team's profile, which received support from the fans and the club.
Gallon told the club website: "There's a lot of people who come and watch the youth side, which is nice because it builds the profile.
"Gianni (Paladini), our chairman, was there and Gary (Waddock - manager) and it shows their commitment.
"We finished at 9 o'clock and Gianni was still there talking to the fans and it was no surprise to see Gary because he's been involved with the youth set-up for a number of years."
