Capello arrives for England talks
Fabio Capello has arrived in England for talks about becoming coach of the national team, SSB understands.
The Italian, 61, is to meet Football Association chief executive Brian Barwick and a deal could be sealed within days if negotiations go well.
The ex-Real Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan and Roma coach has already said he is keen to succeed Steve McClaren.
And he has received glowing references from Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Frank Lampard and Clarence Seedorf.
