Campbell remains grounded
DJ Campbell insists that no one is getting carried away by Queens Park Rangers' solid start to life in the Premier League this season.
The Rs moved into the top half of the table after Heidar Helguson's penalty saw off London neighbours Chelsea at Loftus Road on Sunday.
However, despite the club's financial backing and impressive recent displays, the summer signing from Blackpool insists that avoiding relegation remains the main objective this season.
"We aren't getting carried away and our main goal is to remain in this division for another year and try to emulate a Stoke or a Wolves," Campbell told skysports.com.
"They've both been in this league for a good few years now and they've established themselves as a Premier League club.
"That is where we want to be in a few years too, but once we've reached a position that is safe from relegation then we can start to think about what else we can achieve this season.
"We all want to be here next season and the chairman and gaffer wants us to be here for many years to come, so hopefully we can do just that."
