Bristol City to host England U21s
Bristol City's Ashton Gate ground will host an Under-21 friendly international between England and Romania on Tuesday, 21 August.
The last Under-21 game at Ashton Gate was a 1-0 win over Italy in 1997.
The Romania match will be the first in which the new full-time England coach will take charge of the team.
The Football Association's director of football development Sir Trevor Brooking recently backed part-time U21 boss Stuart Pearce to land the role.
