Andy Robinson's winner ended Swansea's run of five draws and cut the gap on second-placed Brentford to a point. Swansea were ahead on 20 minutes when Leon Britton headed down a Sam Ricketts cross for Adebayo Akinfenwa to score. Andrew Frampton headed in Jay Tabb's corner to level on the half hour, and Paul Brooker was denied by Swans keeper Willy Gueret early after the break. Gillingham are battling against an illness that has hit first-team squad ahead of their game against promotion-chasing Brentford. Six players have fallen ill so far and Leon Johnson is suspended. MK Dons will be without Dean Lewington as he serves a one-match ban for his sending-off on Saturday. Brentford boss Martin Allen could bring back Isaiah Rankin and Sam Sodje. Rankin missed Saturday's game with flu, while Sodje was omitted from the squad as he arrived too late. Allen praises players' discipline
Brentford manager Martin Allen praised his side's professionalism after the 1-0 away win over Milton Keynes Dons. Striker Lloyd Owusu's eighth-minute strike was enough to end the Bees' three-game losing streak. Allen told the club website: "At times we did ride our luck but recently things have gone against us. "Last night the players showed tremendous determination and discipline, they did their job within the team framework."

Brentford defender Michael Turner produced a superb display to help his side earn the point which keeps them in the second automatic promotion place. Turner cleared off the line from Tony Thorpe and Greg Halford and blocked another effort from Thorpe as Colchester dominated the second half. Jay Tabb shot Brentford ahead from Paul Brooker's corner but Chris Iwelumo headed in Mark Yeates' cross to level. Tabb injury relief for Brentford
Brentford manager Martin Allen has revealed that midfielder Jay Tabb did not suffer as serious an injury as was first feared in the draw at Colchester. Tabb went off at half-time at Layer Road and Allen told the club's website: "The injury is just above the knee thankfully and not ligament damage. "He's rated 50/50 for this Saturday's home game against Bradford." Allen also revealed that his medical team cannot put a time on a return for injured right-back Kevin O'Connor.

Brentford v Bradford
Brentford hope to have striker Lloyd Owusu available after he was forced off with a knock last weekend. Darren Pratley, Isaiah Rankin and Eddie Hutchinson are all pushing for starts but defender Kevin O'Connor is still missing with an ankle problem. Bradford are without Aaron Wilbraham as he has returned to MK Dons, but Boby Petta may play a part as he continues to recover from a calf injury. Tom Penford and Steve Schumacher are out but Danny Cadamarteri is fit again.

Brentford were left to count the cost of missed chances as they were held to a draw by Bradford. Michael Symes put Bradford ahead when he slammed home a loose ball after Bees failed to clear Ben Muirhead's corner. Rotherham had to settle for a point as Brentford twice came from behind to keep their promotion hopes alive. Allen asks fans to keep believing
Brentford boss Martin Allen has asked fans to keep backing the club despite the 1-1 draw with Blackpool which dropped them to third in the table. "I understand and it's the same for me and the players, the disappointment and frustration at not winning," he told the club website. "The support at the game was incredible but you must keep the faith and players and staff will be told the same. "With three games to go we are right in there with everything to play for."

Blackpool defender Peter Clarke hit a last-ditch equaliser to hit Brentford's hopes of automatic promotion. Brentford took the lead after 52 minutes when Jay Tabb was bundled over in the box for Lloyd Owusu to step up and side-foot home from the spot. Three minutes later the Bees almost made it two when Alex Rhodes' drive from 20 yards came back off the angle. Swindon's Paul Smith is a doubt after suffering a reaction to the foot injury that kept him out for two months. Smith returned on Monday but, along with Gareth Whalley (shoulder) and Aaron Brown (groin), is likely to miss out once more. Brentford defender Kevin O'Connor could return after an ankle injury that has kept him out since February. O'Connor has trained with the squad this week, but midfielder Oli Skulason (knee) is not be available.
