Cherries boss rues bad defending Manager Kevin Bond was disappointed with Bournemouth's defending as they were beaten 3-1 at home by Rotherham.
\"We were our own worst enemy, as if you concede cheap goals it's always going to be difficult,\" Bond said.
\"We got back in the game at 1-1 which gave us a lift - but then within four minutes we were 3-1 down.
\"We created half-a-dozen opportunities and every time we got a set-piece we looked like we were going to score, but we gave ourselves a mountain to climb.\"
The Cherries also lost experienced duo Neil Young and Marcus Browning to injury during the game.
Bond explained: \"Neil's hurt his back, and Marcus has done the injury he had last week, in the back of his leg, but we're not going to know the extent until Monday or Tuesday.\"

Cherries star facing new lay-off Bournemouth midfielder Marcus Browning will be sidelined for around three weeks with a torn calf muscle.
Browning, 35, was forced off during Saturday's 3-1 defeat by Rotherham after taking a blow to his left calf, and a scan has revealed a slight tear.
But the Cherries have received more encouraging news on defender Neil Young who was injured in the same game.
Young went off at half-time with a back problem, but is expected to return to training later this week.

Ellison grabbed his third goal of the season in the 41st minute when he nodded home from Taylor's flick on.

Bond dejected as Cherries bow out Boss Kevin Bond described Bournemouth's 2-0 Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat at Millwall as \"hugely disappointing\".
\"One or two of them didn't do enough, and one or two aren't ready for it,\" Bond told SSB.
\"We're finding it difficult not to concede goals, and we're struggling to put the ball in the net.
\"But look at Darren Anderton. He's 35, but he kept going, didn't give the ball away and was a great example. I forgive anyone for anything if they show that.\"

Cummings will go under the knife Bournemouth defender Warren Cummings will have an operation on Tuesday to remove a plate in the leg that he broke in March 2005.
The left-back missed the entire 2005/06 season because of that injury, but returned to action as a substitute on the opening day of this season.
Playing through the pain barrier, he has made 16 appearances this term.
But the 26-year-old Scot will now go under the knife - and is not expected back in action before Christmas.

Claridge delays Cherries switch Steve Claridge could make his 1,000th professional appearance on Saturday if he joins League One side Bournemouth.
The striker, 40, is expected to sign on a one-month pay-as-you-play deal - but has told Radio Solent any such deal is unlikely to happen before Friday.
Claridge started out at Bournemouth 21 years ago and has since made 999 appearances for 18 different clubs.
His last match came in April when he scored the only goal in Walsall's 1-0 win over Gillingham.
Cherries boss Kevin Bond, who coached Claridge while they were at Portsmouth, told the Bournemouth Echo: \"I've spoken to Steve and he said he would like to come on board.
\"He will give us another option. I've worked with him before and he's as fit as a fiddle and takes a great deal of pride in how he looks after himself.
\"He has trained with us and you wouldn't have thought he had been away. At anything like his best, he's a real handful.\"
