Boss challenges young guns
QPR caretaker-boss Gary Waddock has challenged his young players to prove they are worth a first-team place.
In his two games in charge, Waddock has already proved he is prepared to give youth a chance after handing 18-year-old winger Scott Donnelly a full debut in the 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace.
"Given the right games, I will put the young players in - if they're good enough," Waddock said. "I will also take them out at certain times to protect them."
