Boro drawn with Basle in Uefa Cup
Middlesbrough will face Switzerland's FC Basle in the Uefa Cup quarter-final.
Steve McClaren's side travel to face the team coached by former Spurs boss Christian Gross in Basle in the first leg before the return at The Riverside.
And if Middlesbrough win, they will play Rapid Bucharest or neighbours Steaua Bucharest in the last four, which was also drawn in Eindhoven.
Seville face FC Zenit St Petersburg and Levski Sofia play favourites Schalke 04 in the other quarter-finals.
Middlesbrough boss McClaren said: "Basle are a good club with a good history in Europe. They have beaten some very good teams, as we have.
"When both teams look at the draw they will be delighted to have avoided the big three, Sevilla, Schalke and Zenit St Petersburg, which we're pleased about.
"We would like to think it gives us a real opportunity as long as we take it. Hopefully we will get our preparation right and be ready for it."
