Blades eye £2m ace
Sheffield United are set to do battle with West Brom for the signature of QPR defender Danny Shittu who could be on the move.
Blades boss Neil Warnock is keen to bolster his defence for next season's Premiership campaign and the gaffer is already thought to have been put off making a bid for Wolves star Joleon Lescott.
Wolves are believed to have slapped a £5million price tag on the defender's head and that has forced Warnock to look at other targets. Shittu is said to be that player and would cost considerably less at £2million.
