Barnsley snap up Lucas and McCann
Barnsley have signed former England under-21 goalkeeper David Lucas.
Lucas, who was without a club after leaving Sheffield Wednesday in the summer, has agreed a month-to-month deal at Oakwell.
The 29-year-old played over 50 games for the Owls following an earlier lengthy spell with Preston.
Meanwhile, Barnsley have also completed the £100,000 signing of Cheltenham Town midfielder Grant McCann, 26, following a successful loan spell with the Reds.
