BAIDOO FEELS THE DIFFERENCE
Shabazz Baidoo admits it has been a big step up moving from the youth ranks to QPR's first-team squad.
The young striker has featured in the reserves this season and scored in a 2-0 win against Tottenham's second string earlier in the week.
Former Arsenal trainee Baidoo has made one substitute appearance for Ian Holloway's side, in the League Cup loss at Northampton, and admits things are more physical among the big boys.
He told QPR World: "There is much more pressure and you have to think a lot more about what you are doing all the time.
"It's a big step up - everything is more physical. In the youth set up I could use my strength more as I was an older player but for the reserves and first team you have to use your brain a lot more."
