Ainsworth eyeing Colchester win
QPR winger Gareth Ainsworth is looking at Saturday's home clash with Colchester as the perfect opportunity to climb out of the drop zone.
The Hoops remain rock-bottom of the Championship table but are level on points with Preston and Saturday's visitors to Loftus Road.
"It's a game we should look to win at home," said Ainsworth.
"They've turned a few teams over but hopefully we can start a run now. A good result could get us out of the bottom three."
